We walk the space with you, measure, note repairs, and confirm colors, sheens and access.

Written estimate
You receive a line-item estimate covering prep, materials, coats and the areas included.

Scheduling
We lock a start date, confirm parking and access, and tell you what to expect each day.

Masking & protection
Floors, furniture, fixtures, hardware and landscaping are covered and taped before any paint opens.

Repair & prep
Patching, sanding, caulking and priming — the step that decides how the finish holds up.

Paint application
Cut-in and roll or spray in the correct sequence, with coats checked in daylight.

Final walkthrough
We review every surface with you, touch up on the spot, and only then call it done.
